The Paint Crew and Paint Crew Plus
Spray latex or oil paints or stains or pressure roll interior walls with a power roller attachment (roller arm included with Paint Crew Plus)
Speed up the painting process with a Paint Crew unit. Fill the paint hopper with paint, prime the pump, and you are ready to paint.
Airless Spraying
Airless spraying is much faster than roller or brushing when you are going to be applying several gallons of the same color paint to a substrate.
Pressure Rolling
If over-spray is a concern, pressure rolling will still get the job done faster, without the need for as much masking off and over-spray problems.
Surface preparation is the toughest, but most important part of any paint job. Using the right tools helps make this task easier and does a better job than other rudimentary tools.
The Paint Eater was designed for one hand operation and ease of use. Equipped with an abrasive disc that removes loose peeling paint and sands the edges smooth, preparing the surface for primer and paint.
Note: Do not sand or otherwise disturb lead based paint. Doing so can release harmful lead dust which can cause very serious health problems. Inhalation of lead paint dust is the most common form of lead ingestion. If your house was built before 1978, you should get the facts about lead paint and it's health risks before endeavoring into any renovation project. See EPA lead page.
After the Paint Eater has finished it's job, the surface should be dull, smooth and free of loose paint.
One tool does it all: removes loose paint, feather sands the edges and deglosses the previous paint. All held in one hand, allowing for safer surface prep. operations when working from a ladder. One hand is free to hold onto the ladder.
The spun fiber 3M disc, resists clogging and lasts a long time. The disc is tough enough to be vertually unaffected when run over nail heads.or other sharp edges that would tear sandpaper discs apart in an instant.
Power Painters
(The Project Power Painter, The Power Painter, The Power Painter Plus, The Power Painter Max)
These electric airless cup sprayers are very portable.
One big advantage to these units is that they do not use spray hose which must be cleaned out at the end of the day.
Great for smaller painting projects where the Paint Crew would not be as suitable.
Will spray oil paints and stains as well as latex.
Quick set up and clean up.

Try a new Optimus Power Painter and see the difference.
The Paint Crew Plus with it's low pressure setting is the best model of the two for power rolling.
The Paint Crew and Paint Crew Plus comes with 25' of hose and professional spray gun. The Paint Crew Plus has the added low pressure rolling option.
The Paint Crew Plus Rolling Demo
The Paint Crew Plus will roll on paint without the need to dip into a tray or bucket. The video to the left shows how to set up and use the power rolling option of the Paint Crew Plus, alon with how to clean up at the end of the day.
Pressure rolling makes sense when there is a lot of gallons to be applied and over-spray is a concern, or where masking off will take an undue amount of time.
